Job Description: Bilingual (Tagalog) Customer Service Representative
Location: Pomona, CA
Schedule/Compensation: M-F 8am-4:30p, $25.00/hr., TTH

The ideal candidate will excel in customer interaction, order processing, and data entry, ensuring an outstanding experience for our dedicated clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Take customer orders and process them accurately using ERP systems.
- Create purchase orders (P.O.s) and work orders as required.
- Enter and update customer data and order information in the system.
- Collaborate with Operational Dept./internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any customer issues.
- Provide product information and support related to services and processes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer inquiries to improve service delivery.
- Participate in training to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Tagalog and English: Strong communication skills in both languages (written and verbal) are essential for interacting with our diverse customer base *preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar CSR or order processing role, preferably in a a food/beverage manufacturing industry.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on accuracy and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Strong Multitasking & Organizational Skills: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP order processing systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Commitment: We are looking for someone who is interested in long-term growth and stability with our company (at least 10 years)
